Thank you for your interest in Little House of Glencoe. We use an online system which allows you to view available dates on the calendar, request a reservation and pay for your rental.  After you’ve confirmed that your date and rental period are available, you will receive a payment link in the email provided.

*PAYMENT IS DUE 24-48 HOURS AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APPROVAL EMAIL WITH PAYMENT LINK. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, YOUR RENTAL WILL BE CANCELLED! 

*If you haven’t received your approval email, please check your spam folder.  

* Rental rates: 

Regular rates: $350

Not-for-profit rates: $200

NP approval must be received before renters can request their rental dates. 

Deposit: A $500 deposit is required in order to rent. Once the rental has ended and the house has been inspected, the renter will received a refund of $400 from their deposit. A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from the rental. 

We no longer allow overnight rentals. Overnights are only allowed for approved scout troops that will be camping out in the back of the house. If you have questions regarding overnight stays, please email the rental coordinator at littlehouseofglencoe690@gmail.com . 

Rental periods are as follows:

10am – Midnight

GROUP SIZES:

Little House rental group sizes are limited to no more than 60 people. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PARKING: There is limited parking at Little House. If there isn’t enough space for your group in the parking circle, renters are encouraged to park on side streets off of Birch Road where allowed.

Please note any signs indicating parking restrictions on the streets should be visible.

Little House of Glencoe is NOT responsible for any parking tickets that may be issued due to improper parking.  

Little House is located in a quiet residential area. We have a very respectful relationship with our neighbors and expect our renters to abide by our rules for outside noise and music.  Any outdoor noise (loud talking, etc…) and music MUST come to an end at 10:00pm.  Our neighbors will call the police if they feel it is necessary. If the police are called, you will lose your deposit.

Cleaning up:

*Please make sure that you leave enough time to clean up.  Renters are expected to complete their clean up BEFORE their rental time expires. Please do not ask to come back the next day to clean up. The house will be inspected after your rental ends. 

GARBAGE DISPOSAL:

Little House is located in a forest environment which is shared with wild animals that love garbage! If garbage is not disposed properly in the four cans that we have provided and the lids closed tight, a $100 fee will be deducted from your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
