Thank you for your interest in Little House of Glencoe. We have developed an online system which allows you to view live available dates on our calendar, request a reservation and pay for your rental. Once you’ve confirmed that your date and rental period are available, you may make your request via this system.
Our system will not allow for rentals that are less than 7 days out from the date of your request. If you require a date that is less than 7 days out, please contact us at littlehouseofglencoe690@gmail.com .
*PAYMENT IS DUE 24-48 HOURS AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APPROVAL EMAIL WITH PAYMENT LINK. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, YOUR RENTAL WILL BE CANCELLED!Â

GROUP SIZES: Little House rental group sizes are limited to no more than 60 people this includes the outdoor area as well. Please don’t make a request for rental if you know your group is larger than 60 people thinking that you could use the outdoor area for over flow. If we find that there has been more than that, you will loose your deposit.Â

PARKING: There is limited parking at Little House. If there isn’t enough space for your group in the parking circle, renters are encouraged to park on side streets off of Birch Road where allowed. Any signs indicating parking restrictions on the streets should be visible. Little House of Glencoe is NOT responsible for any parking tickets that may be issued due to improper parking. Â

LOCATION: Little House is located in a quiet residential area. We have a very respectful relationship with our neighbors and expect our renters to abide by our rules for outside noise and music. Any outdoor noise and music MUST come to an end at 10:00pm. You may continue your event inside until the end of your rental period. Our neighbors will call the police if they feel it is necessary. If the police are called, you will lose your deposit no exceptions.

RENTAL RATES: Please note that in the past we have offered two time frames each day. Recently, we have made a change to allow for more time at Little House for our renters. The new time frame is 10am-12am. Â
Regular rental rate: $350 10am-12am
Not-for-profit rate: $200 10am-12am (NP approval must be received before renters can request their rental dates.)
Scouts Only Rate: $140 10am-12am (Any scouts new to Little House must provide proof that they are a scout troop. )
*Deposit: A $500 deposit is required in order to rent. A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit once the rental has ended and has been inspected. If the house is left in clean condition, the renter will received a refund of $400.Â
*Please note: The amount that you will pay includes a deposit. If your group is renting for more than one day, you will only be charged once for the deposit.
Overnight stays: We don’t allow overnight stays when renting Little House for one day with the exception of Scouts. If your rental is 10am-12am and you are not renting another day, you must vacate the property at 12am.Â
Cleaning up:
*Please make sure that you leave enough time to clean up and vacate by 12am!
Renters are expected to complete their clean up BEFORE their rental time expires. Please do not ask to come back the next day to clean up. The house will be inspected after your rental ends. Even though we charge a cleaning fee, we expect our renters to leave the house as clean as when it was found it so that the next renter can enjoy the space. Â
Again, please allow for extra time to clean up so you are finished by 12am. If a renter stays past their rental time we will deduct $200 from their deposit.Â

Clean up & garbage disposal:
Please make sure to clean up the counter and floors. In addition, please remove all food from the refrigerator and do not leave any food behind.Â
Do not leave ANY garbage inside the house! If your garbage doesn’t fit in the cans provided, you must take the rest of the garbage with you. Little House is not a dumping ground.Â
PLEASE DON’T FEED THE ANIMALS! Little House is located in a forest environment which is shared with wild animals that love garbage! If garbage is not disposed of properly in the four cans that we have provided and the lids closed tight, those critters will make a feast out of the garbage.Â
An additional $100 fee will be deducted from your deposit.
